My Bloody Valentine
Mit fünf Monaten Verspätung zum US-Kinostart wertet Kinowelt Filmverleih das Horror-Remake My Bloody Valentine 3D seit dem vergangenen Mittwoch auch in deutschen Gefilden aus. Die Regiearbeit von Patrick Lussier zog bei 54 3D- und sechs zusätzlichen 2D-Kopien momentan noch geschätzte 50.000 Kinogänger (über fünf Tage) in die Lichtspielhäuer. Die Produktion aus dem Hause Lionsgate Films positioniert sich damit auf dem fünften oder sechsten Rang der deutschen Top 10. Bei einem Budget von 15 Millionen Dollar generierte der Horror-Slasher 51 Millionen Dollar an Einnahmen in den USA.
